Tattoo Golf Amateur Tour is Off and Running

Tattoo Golf has taken over the Hooters Amateur Golf Tour with 14 events scheduled to be played in and around Oklahoma City and Tulsa OK. End Quote

(1888PressRelease) April 25, 2013 - Greg Shaw, VP of Sales and Marketing, confirms that Tattoo Golf is now the title sponsor of the newly named Tattoo Golf Amateur Tour based out of Tulsa Oklahoma.

The 2013 tour schedule consists of 14 events being held at courses in and around the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas with a couple of stops in neighboring Arkansas. While the tour is designed and operated for amateur golfers, the look and feel of the events have the slick professionalism of a well-run pro event. Shaw said "Our man on the ground out in Oklahoma is Chad Morrison who, besides being a life-long golf fanatic, also happens to have an amazing attention to detail. Chad runs these tour events with the goal of making it the ultimate golfing experience for every single entrant.

Besides the great trophies, prizes, and cash being played for, each player has their name announced on the first tee and they also will find their name printed on a card at their designated spot on the practice range!" The tour is open to all golfers and all skill levels with players divided into flights based on their current index to ensure that everyone is competing against others with similar skill sets. Golfers are assigned to flights based on their course handicap which begins with the Alpha Flight for 0 to 4 handicappers and ends with the Echo flight for 16.1 handicaps and above.

To be eligible to enter the tour events, players must become members and the cost is $100 per year BUT included in the membership is a Tattoo Golf Performance Polo shirt as well as a Tattoo Golf hat, an $80 value.
