Our food comes from local artisan farmers and our own edible herb garden. The menu changes with the season as nature intended and deftly prepared, as nurture prefers. Part of our wine cellar, one of Monterey Bay area's largest, has selections dedicated to the same philosophy.
The welcoming dining room has stylish yet rustic decor. On sunny afternoons, patrons can relax under market umbrellas on the outdoor patio, sip margaritas, enjoy tasty libations and munch on Tarpy's locally renowned Caesar salad.
Come nightfall, the place fills with tourists and locals alike who pile in for the hefty plate of bourbon-molasses pork chops or Dijon-crusted lamb loin. We also have a wonderful selection of fresh, local, sustainable fish, shellfish and vegetable dishes - but it's the good ol' meat 'n' potato mainstays sizzling from the wood fired grill, such as prime steaks and wild game, that sell the best.
