Lillia Sosa, Tarpy's Bar Manager will be featuring two new seasonal libations to welcome Summer and the summertime holidays.
The Pisco Sour is the national cocktail of both Peru and Chile and considered one of the great classic cocktails. This drink is made with egg whites, Pisco, simple syrup and fresh lemon juice, served on the rocks and will sell for $8.50.
The second drink is called "Ginger Snap" and is the perfect way to celebrate Summer! The Ginger Snap is made with Markers Mark, soda, fresh lemon, ginger syrup and fresh ginger! This tasty libation will sell for $9.
