Each year, TCAR recognizes members who have made significant achievements to the industry and community as part of the President's Frontier Awards. TCAR is the second largest commercial overlay board in North Carolina and is part of the National Association of REALTORS®.
As a vice president at TradeMark Properties, Kreider is responsible for land sales and improved commercial sales. Prior to working with TradeMark Properties, she was a marketing, fundraising and new business development professional for nearly two decades. Kreider was recently appointed to the Wake County Planning Board and is a past member of the Wake County Board of Adjustment. Kreider continues to stay involved in numerous civic and charitable activities and resides in Raleigh.
