Tara Kreider Of TradeMark Properties Appointed To Wake County Planning Board

Wake County Planning provides public planning, advisory and technical services to local jurisdictions, community groups and other organizations. While on the board, Kreider will assist in advising the County in addressing planning and zoning issues to assure that development will occur in a coordinated and timely manner. Kreider also recently served as an appointed member of the Wake County Board of Adjustment.
As a vice president at TradeMark Properties, Kreider specializes in land sales and also handles commercial building sales. Prior to working with TradeMark Properties, she was a marketing, fundraising and business development professional for nearly two decades. Kreider recently received the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS® (TCAR) 2012 Million Dollar Land Sales Club award for the second year in a row, as part of meeting the requirement of having a minimum sales volume of $2,500,000 in land sales for 2012. Each year, TCAR recognizes members who have made significant achievements to the industry and community as part of the President's Frontier Awards.
