The reason it remained empty was because none of the three former businesses occupying the building since 1994 (a restaurant, car dealership, and a car-rental service) succeeded in this location.

When Tansky Sawmill Toyota bought the building for its pre-owned auto center, they were concerned about the past history of the structure. Since they didn't want to repeat the same pattern, they hired Intuitive Concepts' Feng Shui Master and Consultant, Diana Garber, to assist them in creating a prosperous future for their business.
