StartMonday’s technology and general platform build brings a familiar social media-based look and functionality to the candidate sourcing process for modern-day employers. Candidates are allowed 15 seconds to record a video introduction of why they think they’d make the best candidate for an open position. Candidate videos appear in a thread format for employers to scroll through, swipe right to favorite, and swipe left to deny. From the platform, employers are allowed to call favorited candidates for follow-up discussions.
