Theatrix USA announces the beginning of rehearsals for Taking Tea with the Ripper, a new drama from playwright Mike Broemmel
- Denver, CO (1888PressRelease) November 10, 2015 - Rehearsals started this week for Taking Tea with the Ripper by MIke Broemmel. Taling Tea with the Ripper stars Paul Escobedo and is directed by Ashley Gibbons.
Taking Tea with the Ripper by Mike Broemmel is described as "a disturbing look into the mind of London's most infamous serial killer." The play is the one of five one-actor plays created by Mike Broemmel to premiere through Act One Productions in association with Theatrix USA in 2016. Other recent plays by Mike Broemmel include The Baptism, Goddess People and The Row.
"Taking Tea with the Ripper was a challenging script to write. The play tries to get into the head of one of history's most infamous serial killers," Mike Broemmel explained.
