About Tabun Kitchen
Founder Hanan Kattan’s mother’s family is from Jerusalem and her father’s from Bethlehem, so she knows a thing or two about traditional flavours. The restaurant serves a modern twist on traditional recipes with a lighter, healthier take on dishes such as Makloubeh (slow cooked lamb with rice and vegetables) and Musakhan (chicken roasted with sumac and pine nuts). Using organic, fair trade Palestinian ingredients Tabun Kitchen offers the taste of an entire culture in one night with their renowned taster menu.
