Roger Wilson, the founder and head coach of Tackle Smart Sports, brings a wealth of experience from his 15-year career in professional rugby. With over 350 professional appearances for Ulster, Northampton Saints, and Ireland, Wilson is one of the most respected names in the sport. In 2014, he earned the honor of representing the prestigious Barbarian and World XV teams, capping a career that saw him become Ulster's most-capped player by the time of his retirement in 2017.
