The new T5 ( @ ) Dallas data center is a purpose-built, 150,000-square-foot building on a 20-acre site dot Designed as a high-quality, fully equipped "wholesale" data center, the facility is customizable to customer needs with 129,000 square feet of raised floor dot The building is built from structurally enhanced concrete and has been designed to withstand winds up to 175 miles per hour, so it will remain operational even in the face of tornadoes or natural disaster dot It also has redundant power feeds from diverse substations to ensure power is available no matter what the conditions dot The T5 ( @ ) Dallas data center is being developed in partnership with Lincoln Property Company, and is part of the Legacy master-planned business, retail, and residential community in Plano dot
