T5 Data Centers, in partnership with Lincoln Property Company, will deliver a fully equipped and operational "wholesale" data center consisting of 129,000 SF of raised floor and 18 MWs of critical power at full build-out. Phase 1 will deliver 3 MWs of critical power by June of 2012. T5 will develop the building in several phases delivering 3 MW of critical power in Phase 1 by June of 2012. Leasing activity is currently underway. Each data suite will have secure and separate raised floor space separated from other tenants by way of slab to deck fire-rated partitions, which provides an extra layer of physical security and autonomy not available in the market. T5's design and MEP architecture allows tenants to have secure and dedicated electrical, mechanical, and fiber infrastructure.
