For this is where we won the much-esteemed award for the "Best Residential Property of the year - West" for our Neelkanth Woods, Thane property.

Estate awards are India's leading and most prestigious annual awards dedicated to the property industry. The function was held on the 22nd of December 2015, at The Leela Ambience, Gurgaon with the industry's starcast glittering under the arclights of the evening.

The event saw more than 500 nominations from developers across the length and breadth of the nation. With more than 50 Real Estate players and more than 70 awards in different categories, you can say this was an evening truly well-represented by the realty sector.
