T.A. Watson Announces "Secrets to Motivate Students/Youth" Workshop
One million students will drop out of school this year. Now is the time to motivate them and help them to stay engaged.

Watson Speaking | Coaching | Consulting, today announced the addition of "Secrets to Motivate Students/Youth" workshop to help educators and youth service providers learn how to set expectations that get and keep students/youth motivated.
"One million students will drop out of school this year," said Watson. "Let's motivate them to stay engaged."
This powerful workshop provides participants with research-based practices proven to increase and maintain student motivation. Participants will learn how to transform the life stories of their struggling students into points of motivation for their success. Participants will also analyze, self-reflect, interact, and apply strategies to motivate their students/youth.
• Learn to analyze and search for the point of motivation (the hook) in real life stories that many students may find themselves in. The analyzed stories will come from the presenter's award- winning book A Face of Courage - The Tommy Watson Story.
• Analyze, self-reflect and identify the point of motivation (the hook) in your own story and how it impacts expectations for students/youth.
• Learn, apply, measure and the 3Vs (research-based practices) that get and keep students motivated.

About Tommy A. Watson:
President and CEO, Tommy Watson, Ed. D. (candidate) is a former school principal, acclaimed author, renowned speaker, executive/professional coach, consultant, and a former Big Ten athlete. Watson's research and scholarship have been in the areas of expectations, resilience and motivation.
