The webinar will be presented by Jacinta Aniagolu Johnson, Ph.D., MSc. and will discuss signal detection and data mining, and the processes through which life sciences organizations can ensure that their products are safe for their customers.
In the webinar, Dr. Aniagolu will present an overview of the statistical detection methods currently used, in addition to discussing the most effective and practical approaches for screening spontaneous adverse events reports. Dr. Aniagolu has over 17 years of experience in biomedical research and drug development. Over the past ten years, she has focused primarily on drug safety surveillance, pharmacovigilance, and risk management. Dr. Aniagolu received her doctoral degree in medical microbiology from the Department of Microbiology at the Howard University College of Medicine in 1997.
