With more than ten years of global experience in corporate finance, corporate development and investment management, Girouard will serve as the Director for Synergetic Finance's Business Valuation + Consulting™ and Mergers + Acquisitions™ teams.

Girouard comes to Synergetic Finance with a wide range of experience including valuation assignments, M&A deals, divestitures, dispositions and strategic plans. He has also served as a Financial Manager, working for Pier 1 Imports, Verde Realty and other firms. Synergetic Finance and its clients will benefit from Girouard's ability to streamline the business valuation process, structure transactions and support the M&A integration process. His expertise with financial data analysis and aligning business initiatives will also be advantageous for the Synergetic Finance team, bringing expertise from a different vantage point.
