Suzanna's Kitchen Selects JustFoodERP for Multi-Faceted Meat Production
Suzanna's Kitchen, the Duluth, GA based processor of more than 400 SKUs of prepared meats, has selected JustFoodERP to optimize their complex supply chain for multi-faceted manufacturing and co-packing processes.
- (1888PressRelease) August 16, 2013 - ALLENTOWN, PA - JustFoodERP software and services have been selected by Suzanna's Kitchen, a processor of premium beef, chicken and pork barbecue, chili, corndogs and other prepared meat products for sale to restaurants, schools, cafeterias, and convenience stores. One of the first U.S. companies to develop an automated hand-forming process for beef products for national restaurant chains, today Suzanna's Kitchen also co-packs and develops custom products for some of the largest food companies in the U.S.
As well as financials, sales and marketing, purchasing, inventory management and other food industry specific modules, the JustFoodERP implementation will include manufacturing functionality for the company's two plants that cook up to 125,000 lbs. of meat daily, as well as individually quick frozen (IQF) processes, and in the Quality Control department.
