Suresh has over two decades of time tested, well honed and proven leadership experience in telecom business solutions space, focused on driving up top dollar revenue growth. Prior to his current role at Nokia Siemens Networks, Suresh has accumulated 20 years of work experience based out of the US, working for Telecom Service Providers as well leading vendors.
While in the US, Suresh has also provided exemplary and successful community leadership roles, working on educational issues for the local school board, fighting and winning local elections to represent interests of a diverse Asian community in the Washington DC area. He continues to serve on the Board of interest bodies in the US such as DATA, the regional transportation association in the Dulles area in Washington, DC. Suresh holds a MSc (Tech) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science - BITS Pilani in addition to a Masters from George Washington University, USA.
Located in Shekhawati Rajasthan, Pilani which glitters like a diamond in the educational map of India today is well known for various top ranking educational institutions, CSIR Laboratory CEERI as well as upcoming BrahMos Missile Assembly Project unit.
On 19 November 2011 which happens to be the foundation day of Shridhar University established the same very date in 2009, Suresh took time off his busy schedule to visit Pilani. He interacted with Chancellor Mr Vijay Pal Yadav, Vice Chancellor Lt Gen (Retd) Mahesh Vij, Pro Vice Chancellor Prof BR Natarajan, Registrar Prof Nesamoorthy and other officers of the University as well as various members of the Board of Management of the University. He was pleasantly surprised to meet several alumni of BITS spanning various generations who are presently in the Shridhar Pariwar. He appreciated the enthusiasm of the students and gave his best wishes. Suresh was accompanied by his wife Sanghmitra who is also an alumnus of BITS and sons Sudarshan and Partha.
Shridhar University continues its journey to achieve excellence into its third year of operation.
