Supply Chain Summit To Feature The 7 Pillars Of An Efficient Supply Chain Organisation
Fleming Gulf's Annual Supply Chain Middle East Strategy Summit will highlight on the what makes an efficient supply chain organisation from boardroom to distribution.

It will be crucial to formulate and have a sound supply chain across all sectors.
Encompassing on the importance of the Supply Chain Strategy, the 3rd Annual Supply Chain Middle East Strategy Summit organized by Fleming Gulf will address supply chain topics from the board room to distribution. Presenting the keynote on day one will be Dr. Khaled Ahmed, Senior Vice President Strategy and Development at the Economic Zones World. Dr. Ahmed's keynote will present a brief overview of the supply chain scenario within the GCC and the opportunities and support lent by the government. The keynote session on day two will feature on the developing and implementation of a customs strategy for Dubai by Ahmed Abdul Salam Kazim of Dubai Customs.
The forum will feature a focus session on the seven pillars of an efficient supply chain organisation by Geert Swinnen, Head of Supply Chain at Aujan Coca-Cola Beverage Company. Another session will feature the latest research done in Supply Chain Management by Hamilton Rozario of DUBAL. The summit will also have speakers participate in panel discussions debating on sustainability to supply chain resilience and approaches to simplifying the customs clearance process. The summit will play host to speakers from DMCC(Government of Dubai), Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, GS1, Middle East Supply Chain Council, GASCO, Schindler, Emirates Aluminium, Al Futtaim Carillion amongst other leading industry experts.
Supported by leading trade associations like SCLG, Russian Business Council, CIPS and CILT, the 3rd Supply Chain Middle East Strategy Summit is scheduled on the 11 to 12 February 2014 at the Habtoor Grand Resort and Spa, Dubai.
