Harrods department store, located on Brompton Road in Knightsbridge, London, recently announced the opening of a new cigar room.

The state of the art cigar room can be found on the lower ground floor of Harrods, close to the newly refurbished wine department. The room is separated from the rest of the store by a transparent glass wall, part of which is operated by sensor to allow entry to discerning shoppers. It is this automatic door that has been manufactured and fitted by Automatic Access.

The cigar room is owned and run by J.J Fox. J.J Fox boast the title of oldest cigar merchants in the world, having previously supplied cigars and tobacco products to renowned public figures including Winston Churchill and members of European Royalty.
