Sunrise Management Expands Phoenix Team
Sunrise Adds Two New Regional Real Estate Managers.
- San Diego, CA (1888PressRelease) March 01, 2016 - San Diego-based Sunrise Management - which has specialized in the management of multifamily properties since 1978 - has expanded its Phoenix team, adding two new regional real estate managers: Maria Rohr and Trish Connery.
In their new roles, Rohr and Connery will lead a team overseeing an expanding portfolio of multifamily properties in the Phoenix area - as well as concentrate on increasing Sunrise's market share in the region.
According to Joe Greenblatt, president and CEO of Sunrise Management, both Rohr and Connery bring decades of experience to Sunrise and will play critical roles as the San Diego property management firm continues its western expansion. Rohr was previously an asset manager with J.K. Residential services while Connery was a community manager with MEB Management and 1st USA Real Estate.
Rohr - who has a 20-year background in multifamily property management -- has overseen 5,000 units with expertise in the Arizona, California, Nevada and Texas markets. A licensed realtor, she has held management level positions with industry leaders such as Capstone Real Estate Services and the Pinnacle Family of Companies, working with a diverse client base - ranging from small privatized companies to lenders and large investment firms.
With over 15 years of experience in the Arizona multifamily market, Connery has been a licensed realtor since 2005 and has held management level positions with MEB Management and with Ogden Real Estate in residential property management.
Rohr and Connery both attended Arizona School of Business and Real Estate. Connery is a certified apartment manager from the National Apartment Association Educational Institute and with IREM Greater Phoenix Chapter 47. Both Rohr and Connery reside in the Phoenix area.
