Camp Discovery 09 begins in Plainfield on June 29th until July 24th. This science-based day camp offers a wide variety of activities supervised by an experienced director. In our third year of operation, we are state-certifed as a day camp, enrolling up to forty-five children from third through fifth grades.
The Camp offers learning pods in science, reading and math as well as a variety of activities including swimming, trips to the library, singing and field trips to locations such as Trailside Museum and Liberty Science Center. Camp ends with a special presentation and celebration with families.
The Camp is based at United Church of Christ Congregational, 220 W. 7th St., Plainfield, NJ.
