Storage Solutions Opens New Self-Storage Facility in Spokane Valley, WA
Storage Solutions now has eight self-storage facilities in the Spokane area, expanding its commitment to providing top-tier storage services to the community.

The new facility offers 70,395 total square feet of rentable space, encompassing 507 storage units. Storage Solutions Appleway features a variety of unit types, including indoor climate-controlled self-storage units ranging from 5 x 5 to 10 x 20, offering protection for sensitive items from both heat and cold. For those needing easier access, the facility also provides larger drive-up accessible units. Additionally, the facility boasts RV storage units in 15 x 45 and 15 x 50 sizes, which can also accommodate boats, cars, and trailers. These RV storage units include a 50-amp power outlet and an automatic door for easy and hassle-free access.
Storage Solutions Appleway incorporates robust security measures, including digital video surveillance, gated access with personalized entry codes, and a well-lit property design to enhance safety and convenience. Customers will also appreciate flexible access hours that cater to their schedules, along with the ease of online rental and payment options.
The facility was designed by Site + Plan + Mix LLC, Seattle, WA and developed and built by Storage Solutions Spokane Valley LLC. West Coast Self-Storage will be managing the facility on behalf of its ownership, Storage Solutions Spokane Valley LLC.
