Stewart Engineering's Director of Geomatics Graduates From Leadership Granville
Frank Mundy II, PLS, Completes Granville County Chamber Of Commerce's Leadership Program.
- Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC (1888PressRelease) June 05, 2012 - Robert Macia, PE, LEED AP, president of Stewart Engineering (http://www.stewart-eng.com), has announced that Frank Mundy II, PLS, director of geomatics for Stewart Engineering, has graduated from the Granville County Chamber of Commerce Leadership program. The leadership development course offers citizens of Granville County the opportunity to learn more about the surrounding community and develop specific leadership skills and abilities necessary to succeed personally and professionally. Additionally, the program focuses on community issues and creates lines of communication between participants and existing community leaders. The informational course, which consists of twenty sessions, began in mid-September 2011 and concluded in mid-April 2012 with a graduation banquet hosted by the Leadership Granville Steering Committee.
As vice president and director of geomatics for Stewart Engineering, Mundy is now armed with greater knowledge about the potential issues, history and services of the Granville area and will have increased access to existing community leaders. Aside from completing Leadership Granville, Mundy serves as an appointee to the N.C. Secretary of State's Land Records Advisory Committee, chair of the North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University Geomatics Program Advisory Board, and program evaluator for the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology.
