Oregon Kosher is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting high quality standards through education, research, and supervision. Kosher certification, which is the guarantee that the products meet Kosher requirements, revolves around two criteria/variables: the source of the ingredients and the status of the production equipment. To achieve the certification these two variables must be achieved.
