- Boise City, ID (1888PressRelease) February 22, 2011 - Stevens-Henager College has opened a new study café in Mountain Home, Idaho, in an effort to reach out to its online students enrolled in the Murray, Utah campus. The study café has been established as a contact center for both current and prospective online students of the college.
The Mountain Home study café will be visited by representatives of Stevens-Henager College, who will guide prospective students through the entire enrollment process. They will provide details about different academic programs available online and connect prospects with admissions consultants to assist them with career planning.
Since financial planning forms an important part of college enrollment process, prospective students will get to interact with financial aid representatives of Stevens-Henager to help them identify the federal grants and loans they are eligible to receive.
In addition to this, the study café at Mountain Home will be a place where current students can access support services like live tutoring, mentoring, and advising as well as meeting other online students in the area.
Stevens-Henager College already has two education centers in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and St. George, Utah, to help its online student community. These education centers were established to facilitate academic and social activities for students and to provide them the support they might need anytime during the course of their degree program.
Aside from these two education centers and the study café at Mountain Home which support the online division, the college also has six campuses and two satellite locations across Idaho and Utah to bring education closer to people living or working in those areas.
The college offers a range of career-oriented degree programs in business, healthcare, computers and graphic arts online as well as on-campus programs. Applicants can get started with classes within a month after completing the enrollment formalities.
