The Associate's of Applied Science in Business Management and Accounting with Property Management Emphasis helps prepare students for entry-level positions such as bookkeepers, clerical assistants, and property management professionals. Courses in accounting, finance, investment, administration, management, entrepreneurship, business law, etc., help prepare students for success in the corporate world while courses in property management at the basic, intermediate, and advanced level from the perspective of its practical applications, as well as courses with a federal and contractor focus, equip them to succeed as property management professionals. The duration of the program is 20 months but it can be completed in as few as 15 months with Stevens-Henager's FastFlex option.
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Property Management emphasis provides instruction in finance, investment, management, entrepreneurship, business law, marketing, property management, etc., but also includes specialized courses such as Finance and Accounting for Property Management, Property Management Research and Writing Applications, Basic Contracts, Agreements, and Grants, Management Planning Principles, Organizational Design and Change, International Business Principles, Managing a Property Management Organization, etc., giving students an even deeper level of understanding and expertise, designed to help prepare them for positions of even greater responsibility in the business of property management. The duration of the degree is 36 months but it may be completed in as few as 30 months with Stevens-Henager's FastFlex option.
