Muehler, the Founder of "Muehler International Corporation" and the Host of the Daily Radio, WebTV and Podcast "Steve Muehler, On the Corner of Main Street and Wall Street", will be the host of the upcoming "Interactive TV Series 'GlobalCrowdTV'".
Scheduled to launch January 30th, 2014, GlobalCrowdTV is a week night (9:00 PM EST / 6:00 PM PST) 90 minute "Interactive TV" broadcast" being coined "Shark Tank meets QVC". As part of the nightly ninety minute broadcast, some of the world's 'best-of-the-best' growing companies and entrepreneurs raising capital through 'Direct Public Offerings' and/or 'CrowdFunding' will have the opportunity, for a maximum of thirty minutes, to pitch their company / venture to viewers and investors watching Around the World!
Unlike the popular TV Series "Shark Tank", where a single "millionaire / billionaire investor" may invest the whole amount a Company / Entrepreneur is seeking, on GlobalCrowdTV, the Company / Entrepreneur raising capital will only be seeking investments of a couple hundred, to a couple thousand dollars from any 'qualified investor' watching the broadcast and willing to invest in the Company per the terms and conditions made known to the viewer at the beginning of the broadcast, and per the terms and conditions posted on the GlobalCrowdTV.com website two weeks prior to broadcast.
After giving their thirty minute pitch, the Company / Entrepreneur will be able to answer questions from investors watching and participating on Standard Televisions, Interactive TVs, Computers, Tablets and Smartphones around the world for one hour! Viewers will have the ability to ask questions directly to the Company / Entrepreneur through the "ON THE CORNER OF MAIN STREET AND WALL STREET INTERACTIVE TV CHANNELS" and Skype, as well as through Text Message, Twitter, Facebook and by calling into the studio direct.
Investors participating in the broadcast will include: Venture Capital Firm Professionals, Investment Bankers, Registered Investment Advisors, Private Investors with High Net Worth, and Smaller Individual Investors.
Should the Company / Entrepreneur be able to raise their required minimum investment funds (generally 10-20% of the Company's stated total investment capital needed), the Company will be allowed to remain "plugged in" and continue to speak to investors all around the world as provided to them by GlobalCrowdTV Investment Bankers and Staff. Though the live portion of the broadcast will have concluded, cameras will follow the Company / Entrepreneur for the next 22 hours as they stay engaged talking to Investors and raising as much investment capital as they can. Viewers will be able to continue watching on the "ON THE CORNER OF MAIN STREET AND WALL STREET CHANNELS" in a "Big Brother After Dark" format.
Results will be aired on the next broadcast along with a video recap of the 22 hour capital raise efforts.
