Serving as CFO of Paragon since 2005, Crouse manages all financial aspects of the bank including the investment portfolio and the wholesale funding. Prior to the 2008 economic downturn, Crouse helped Paragon to reposition the portfolios he was managing to strategically position the bank to now take advantage of the improving economy.
