About Stephen L. Brodsky
Stephen is an experienced commercial litigator who represents corporate clients in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial (bench and jury) and appeal. He also counsels his clients to effectively resolve their disputes without litigation. He regularly practices before federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative agencies. Stephen has litigated high-stakes matters in courts across the nation, including at the federal appellate level.
