StemBridge Labs takes active participation in the establishment of 3,000 additional Atal Tinkering Labs
StemBridge Labs, an Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) vendor, provides necessary equipment, tools and other facilities to establish ATLs across schools in India. NITI Aayog has shortlisted 3,000 schools under Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) to establish ATLs.

NITI Aayog has shortlisted 3,000 schools under Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) to establish ATLs. These schools shall receive a grant of INR 20 lakh over a period of five years for ATLs. With the initiative, the government is intent on creating a skilled workforce which can represent India on a global level.
Atal Tinkering Labs provide a research area with a scientific temperament where secondary school students will learn to acquire innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. The aim to establish ATLs in every district of India to enable an innovative ecosystem to facilitate transformation in technological innovation. The only thing which is required is to change the modern pedagogy. Traditional rote learning must go under transformation and education system should prefer project-based learning to develop an understanding on real-world challenges.
Experts at StemBridge Labs believe that additional 3,000 schools will help widen the reach of ATL programs. Thus, it will have a direct influence on the number of students exposed to research and innovation. At ATLs, Young innovators can come across technologies like Robotics, 3D Printing, Microprocessors, and IoT. These labs are more like innovation hubs where students get a fair chance to explore solutions to challenging problems which they face in everyday lives. After the announcement of additional 3,000 schools, ATLs can now be found in all states and seven of the five union territories.
