Stefanie J. Fogel is Co-Chair of DLA Piper's Food and Beverage sector, focusing her practice on advising national and international food, beverage, and dietary supplement companies throughout the sourcing, supply, manufacturing, distribution, and sales business process. She advises in the areas of new product development; product quality, safety, and integrity; cross-border distribution and enforcement; crisis management and recall preparedness and response; direct-to-consumer sales and e-commerce; and industry trends.
