Allied supplied the structures necessary for a new enterprise that has just arrived in Aruba: the Eagle Commerce Complex.
Gabriel Donadi, Industrial Engineer and CEO at ECC and his partners were seeking a reliable outfitter company to provide efficient, reliable, and high-quality structures to achieve his desire of building a warehouse integrated with commercial retail space and mini storage. He needed a provider focused on design, engineering and fabrication to support him through the whole building process. “It was very important for me the quick and good attention, as well as the fact it adapted to my design, in addition to being able to offer the greatest amount of materials to bring about our mission”, he emphasizes. His vision is a unique balance of steel, concrete and thermal insulated panels and Allied was able to bring it to life.
Founded in 2014, Eagle Commerce Complex was created after Gabriel researched how to satisfy the need for storage on the island. The group relies on the concept of being able to accommodate the varying storage needs of different people and companies. Their main goal is to offer a modern product of high quality and simplicity in the region. Considering Aruba his second home, Gabriel says he and his family feel very comfortable on the island, which they visited often as children. “Aruba is an island with many possibilities of growth and in my way of seeing things it is a virgin island in terms of the development projects that adapt to the modern world we currently live”, he adds.
Gabriel remarks his project is being outlined with a lot of attention and ensures it will remain in Aruba as the dawn of new residential trends that should come to the island in the near future. “There are here many commercial and residential developments achieved whose architectural and design are from the same bias of years ago. That is why it was an ideal starting point for me to offer a different trend, being a little daring and not afraid of changing, always starting from a balance of costs, modern projects, that fit the need and the budget.”
