Staten Island Trump Supporters Object to GOP's Endorsement of Trump-basher, 77 WABC Radio Personality Frank Morano

Staten Island Trump supporters offered their objection to the local GOP's endorsement of 77 WABC Radio personality Frank Morano as a candidate for NYC Council, because of Morano's history of left wing views and bashing Trump on the air. End Quote

New York, NY (1888PressRelease) March 20, 2025 - A group of Staten Island Trump Supporters submitted this statement to the press today,

"The candidate nominated by the Republican and Conservative parties, WABC Radio personality Frank Morano, only recently became a Republican and he and people around him have touted his Republican values and his support of President Trump. But is that really who he is? If you are considering giving Morano your vote, we ask you to stop and look at his record first.”

“On his nationally syndicated talk radio show, Morano has repeatedly bad-mouthed President. Only a last year while on the air, Morano regarded Trump as a “disaster”, a “sore loser”, a ‘bad representative for America’, and a ‘bad example for his own son’. Not long before then, Morano said in an interview that he was never a conservative or a Republican, and that he held “center-left” views.”

"In conclusion, we urge voters to reject the Staten Island Republican and Conservative Parties ill-considered endorsement of Frank Morano when they vote in the special election on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
