- Honolulu, HI (1888PressRelease) September 07, 2010 - The heart of the StartupCorner website (launching January 3, 2011) revolves around weekly featured interviews. Through honest, personal accounts from successful individuals, StartupCorner creates common ground from which the aspiring, struggling or almost-there entrepreneur can draw inspiration.
StartupCorner is currently seeking individuals who have successfully launched small to mid-sized businesses, corporations, non-profits, programs or private practices and have been running them for at least one year.
Those applying to be featured, as well as any individual that will be present for the interview, must be a founding member of the company. StartupCorner believes that success is relative and asks that a business be considered successful based on predetermined goals that they have met or exceeded since launch. Most importantly, individuals being interviewed must be willing to be open and honest about their story and willing to share both the positive and negative aspects of their success.
StartupCorner CEO and Founder Stephenie Zamora says, "We are surrounded with interviews and stories that simply showcase the successes and neglect to mention the many failures, struggles and obstacles faced during the journey, let alone how they were overcome."
Featured businesses will receive added exposure and press for their product or service along with the opportunity to inspire entrepreneurs around the world.
A complete list of requirements and more information about the interview process may be found online at http://www.startupcorner.org/features/.
