Starobin from Upper Arlington Hired as Strength and Conditioning Coach at The Spot Athletics
The Spot Athletics has hired Lily Starobin, who moved from Los Angeles to Upper Arlington, Ohio to accept the position, as the newest strength and conditioning coach.
- Columbus, OH (1888PressRelease) February 08, 2014 - The Spot Athletics - one of Ohio's premier personal training facilities - has hired Upper Arlington's Lily Starobin as the newest strength and conditioning coach. Lily changed her life by moving all the way from Los Angeles to Upper Arlington and becoming a member of the staff at The Spot Athletics. She will be working with individual athletes and teams along with clients in the personal training department. Previously, Lily was a trainer private gyms in the Los Angeles area as well as running her own personal training business.
JL Holdsworth, owner and head trainer at The Spot Athletics, states that "Lily's passion for learning, competitive spirit and love of strength and conditioning made her an ideal fit for our staff. Anyone with a t-shirt that says 'trainer' can train at a box gym but trainers at our facility need to be world class and Lily is definitely that."
Lily is a graduate of the George Washington University and holds a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a competitive powerlifter in the 114 and 123 pound weight classes. As a competitive powerlifter, Starobin set the U.S. Powerlifting Association California state record in the Bench Press.
