Star-Studded Night At The Playboy Mansion Will Aid In Healing Musicians
Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp Hosts Concert to Benefit Sweet Relief Musicians Fund.
- Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) November 04, 2011 - Do the names Paul Stanley, Teddy Andreadis, and Chris Slade ring a bell? Think rock legends from the 70s and 80s. The bands they played with will always have a sweet spot in the hearts of rock music lovers.
Not only will these musicians be attending Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp's event on November 12, 2011, but they will also be performing at the concert held after the red carpet at the Playboy Mansion. And yes, it is for a good cause. The ticket sales and auctions will benefit the Southern California sector of Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, a charity that works hard to heal aging musicians suffering from cancer, multiple sclerosis, and other life-threatening diseases.
"We are honored to be chosen as the charity benefiting from this amazing event," said Rob Max, Executive Director of Sweet Relief Musicians Fund.
Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp is an organization that holds various camps throughout the year for musicians of all levels. The camps encourage attendees to learn from the crème de la crème, write and record original songs, and perform at major concert venues. This will be the first year that Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp hosts an event at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles, Calif.
Sweet Relief Musicians Fund is a non-profit that provides financial assistance to all types of career musicians who are struggling to make ends meet while facing illness, disability, or age-related problems. Although people often envision musicians living the lifestyles of the rich and famous, they neglect to consider the hundreds of thousands of struggling musicians who don't have the financial means to afford health insurance. Contributions made to Sweet Relief from various outlets have enabled all types of musicians to continue living their dreams. The non-profit has recently updated the donation page on their website, making it possible for visitors to choose a specific geographic region, artist, or music genre to donate to, creating a more personal experience.
In addition to rock 'n' roll music and a worthwhile cause, the night will not fall short in the areas of A-list celebrities, Playboy bunnies, delectable food, and top shelf alcohol. Tickets are available for purchase at http://www.rockcamp.com/rrfc_playboy_tickets_2011.php.
