Stan Lee, David Tennant, 'Boy Meets World' Q&A's, Cosplay, Creative Panels Head Programming At Wizard World Comic Con New Orleans
Henry Winkler, Ian Somerhalder, ‘Gotham’ Q&A’s, Creator Panels, Costume Contests, Sci-Fi Speed Dating, Kids Costume Parade All Weekend Long At New Orleans Ernest Morial Convention Center, Friday Through Sunday.
- New Orleans, LA (1888PressRelease) January 03, 2018 - Q&A sessions with standout celebrities Stan Lee (Marvel CEO Emeritus), David Tennant (“Doctor Who”), Ian Somerhalder (“The Vampire Diaries”), Henry Winkler (“Happy Days”), the “Gotham” tandem of Robin Lord Taylor and David Mazouz, the “Boy Meets World” duo of Will Friedle and Rider Strong, anime, video games, cosplayer and comics creator sessions, Sci-Fi Speed Dating, adult and kids costume contests, the new Kids Costume Parade and more highlight the programming offerings at Wizard World Comic Con New Orleans, Friday through Sunday at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center. Most programming is included as part of the standard event admission and is in addition to the live entertainment options (dancing, music, etc.) all weekend.

Group sessions with the casts of “Gotham” (Saturday, 4 p.m.) and “Boy Meets World” (Saturday, 4 p.m.) and “Women Of Sci-Fi” Charisma Carpenter (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer”) and Holly Marie Combs (“Charmed) (Saturday, 2 p.m.)
Disney Trivia panel with Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite) and Thomas Ian Nicholas (Rookie of the Year, Saturday, 2 p.m.)

Screening of the award winning feature documentary COMIX: Beyond the Comic Book Pages, a film all about comic books, and the phenomenon surrounding them that features some of the greatest talent in the industry (Saturday, 3:30 p.m.).
Fan-based panels on subjects ranging from podcasting, indie comics, “Ghosts of New Orleans” with the Paranormal Society of New Orleans, “Doctor Who,” “Harry Potter,” “Star Wars” and more
Kids programming all three days, including story time, face painting, puppet shows, dance parties, magic, learn to draw, (and Kids 10 and under are free every day with paid adult)
World-famous Wizard World Comic Con Adult Costume Contest, Saturday at 7 p.m. and Kids Costume Contests on Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m.
Cosplay with special guests Da Berry Best Cosplays, Alex Cosplays, OhMySophii, Princess Morgan, Captain K and Canvas Cosplay and more, throughout the weekend
