St. Madeleine Sophie's Center Presents "Gotta' Have Heart" Art Exhibit
Special Valentine's Day-themed art explores matters of the heart and spirit this February.
- San Diego, CA (1888PressRelease) January 10, 2012 - St. Madeleine Sophie's Center, the non-denominational adult day-training facility for adults with developmental disabilities, presents the annual Valentine's Day-themed Gotta' Have Heart art exhibit.
Matters of the heart and spirit are explored through paintings on floor cloth, fused glass tiles & jewelry and Claybord art collage. For this exhibit, Sophie's Gallery artists have traveled to local art studios and studied anatomy relating the outside and inside of what makes people healthy and whole.
Special art for Valentine's Day will be on view from February 3-29, 2012 at both Sophie's Gallery locations. A public reception will be held on February 3, also at both locations. Guests are invited to mix, mingle and enjoy live music, wine and hors d'oeuvres from 5:00-8:00 p.m.
Gotta' Have Heart can be viewed at both Sophie's Gallery locations from February 3-29.
