Spring 2012 Commencement Marks One of the Largest Graduating Classes in University History
Over 150 HIU students will graduate at the 93rd Commencement ceremony.
- (1888PressRelease) May 12, 2012 - This Saturday, May 12, 2012, Hope International University's (HIU) the 93rd Commencement ceremony will take place with over 150 graduating students graduating, marking one of the largest classes in the University's nearly 85-year history.
Spring 2012 Commencement caps a semester that included a record high number of students enrolled at HIU. Graduation also marks the first time students from Dongseo University (DSU) in Korea, who have been studying abroad at HIU this year, will walk with the other Spring graduates. In addition to the HIU students receiving diplomas, the 100 DSU students will receive study abroad program certificates.
Commencement will be held in the Lawson-Fulton Student Center Pavilion at 10:00 a.m. Brad Dupray, CEO of Church Development Fund, will be the commencement speaker.
