The HFB 1320 floor type boring and milling machine is precisely designed with 2000 RPM and 37/51 of power rate. With such speed, it can accomplish 0.015/lm of positional accuracy after running through the process in 4000×2000×1600 of the machine. Also, the five axis milling machine with 55 of power rate can generate the rotation speed up to 2400 per minute. The position accuracy will be achieved at 0.004/2000m after the process ranges at 3200×2500×1200 run through. In order to increase production efficiency and at the same time level up the machining precision, the machines are designed as automatic manufacturing. In addition, the manufactured parts on the tool setting can be made at a time from roughing to finishing.
