According to the association's website, the ARDA Supplier Certification Seminar "offers concise education tailored to meet the needs of suppliers of both goods and services to the timeshare industry. The course addresses the basics of the industry and timeshare-specific terms, as well as the characteristics of timeshare buyers, trends and legal issues. An in-depth look at the timeshare project lifecycle, reserve funding and refurbishment schedules are included".
According to Gonzalez, she attended the seminar to enhance her knowledge in the industry to which Spirit Incentives has a deep commitment to.
