Suender M&A Advisors is pleased to announce the successful closing of the sale of SPi Global medical transcription business line assets to Acusis, LLC on September 26, 2011. Suender M&A initiated the transaction and acted as financial advisor to SPi Global. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
