The topic of the workshop series will be "How to Thrive in a Challenging Economy", focused on helping people turn their life around financially through proven, successful techniques. Attendees will learn to define goals and build an effective, achievable action plan. They will also learn to identify and overcome fears that may be preventing them from reaching their goals.
In her Life Coaching program, Mary Lynn focuses on helping people discover what they are uniquely designed to do, and experience the fulfillment, success and power of realizing their purpose. She provides tools that will help them make decisions more quickly and accurately, creating results in both their professional and personal lives.
"These workshop luncheons are a wonderful way for people to experience some of the benefits of a Life Coaching program, at a very affordable cost," said Life Coach Mary Lynn Ziemer. Mary Lynn created the workshop luncheons to provide people in Southwest Florida the opportunity to experience a "small group" type of Coaching. Although the focus is "How to Thrive in a Challenging Economy", workshops will address all facets of life, from career and financial issues to relationships and health.
"These luncheon workshops are a nice alternative to large seminars," said Mary Lynn. "There is comfort in knowing that others may be experiencing some of the same issues and challenges in life, so the group element is nice. However, the luncheon groups are still small enough for the workshops to be interactive."
