Gumberg Asset Management Corp. welcomes three new tenants to Southland Mall located in South Miami-Dade County. These three major multi-year leases totaling nearly 16,000 sf at Southland Mall include Yankee Candle, Aéropostale, and Jumparoos.
- Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) April 02, 2011 - Miami, FL - Gumberg Asset Management Corp. announces the closing of three major multi-year leases at Southland Mall located in South Miami-Dade County totaling nearly 16,000 square feet. Yankee Candle, the leading designer, manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of premium scented candles, based on sales, in the giftware industry opened their doors at Southland Mall on September 17, 2010. Aéropostale, the premier specialty retailer for teen fashions, is opened its newest store at Southland Mall on Friday, April 1st. Opening soon in the Regal Cinemas wing of the mall will be Jump A Roos, a 10,870 square foot family entertainment and party center, featuring children's indoor party and play facilities with inflatable rides and offering classes in art, music, parenting, and the sale of the food and beverages.
