Come to Southern Ocean Medical Center's annual April Showers Baby Fair and enjoy and evening with refreshments, prizes, and education. The event will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 from 7:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m. The evening will feature tours of the maternity pavilion and a physician panel discussing pregnancy, delivery and newborn care with a chance for you to ask questions to Southern Ocean pediatricians and obstetricians.

Participating on the physician panel will be pediatrician Michael Bleiman, MD, and obstetricians Todd Liu, M.D., Brian Gottesman, M.D., Ali Parsa, M.D. and Lisa Vernon, M.D.

There will also be information on breastfeeding, childbirth classes, nutrition, gestational diabetes and more. This is the perfect opportunity to talk to health care professionals and learn what you need to know if you are expecting or planning to have a baby in the future.
