Southern Gospel Trio The Booth Brothers Performing 'Hymns Pure & Simple'and other Hits at Mill Town Music Hall

- Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) May 23, 2015 - Known for their soulful harmonies and strong faith, the popular Booth Brothers will take the Mill Town Music Hall stage on Thursday, June 18, at 7pm. The GRAMMY-nominated Booth Brothers will perform hits from their more than 60 year history. In addition, The Diplomats, West Georgia favorites, will open the concert by performing their traditional Southern Gospel music. Mill Town Music Hall focuses on wholesome, family-friendly music and events and is located conveniently off I-20 in Bremen (1031 Alabama Avenue).
Countless awards and top-selling albums only begin to describe the trio known as The Booth Brothers. The trio was formed in the 1950's by brothers Ron, Charles and James Booth. For the past 22 years, the band has been led by the next generation of Booths, Ronnie, Michael and Paul. The trio has won countless awards, including Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Male Group of the Year and Trio of the Year, from organizations such as Southern Gospel Music Awards and National Quartet Convention.
The Diplomats have long been recognized by Singing News as one of the top mixed Southern Gospel groups. The group's style has been called upbeat and energetic. The Diplomats are led by Jimmy and Rita Pearson, and through the years, great talent (including their son, lead male vocalist and bandleader, Corey Pearson) has joined this couple to comprise a very successful touring group.
