Sonya Verny Joins Serraview as VP of Business Development
Serraview, a leading workplace solutions company, has named Sonya Verny Vice President of Business Development.

Sonya's appointment addresses the growing demand for the company's workplace solutions as corporations look to decrease real estate spending and optimize workplaces.
In her new position, Sonya is tasked with building relationships, helping organizations to optimize their workplace portfolios, and expanding Serraview's client base in North America.

Sonya brings over 12 years of experience in business development and account management for AmLaw 100 firms and Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, she served as Manager of Corporate Real Estate Advisory Practice for BDO USA.
Sonya is also an active member of the New York City chapter of CoreNet, where she chairs the Meetup Committee and acts as PR liaison for special events, and a member of IFMA, where she has served as a board member and chair of the IFMA Cares committee, the charitable arm of the organization. Sonya's interviews with Real Estate and Facilities Management professionals are regularly published in the IFMA NYC newsletter.

In her free time, Sonya's passion is raising money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital with the Kids for Kids Committee. She has served on the Kids for Kids Committee board for the past 5 years, and was recently honored with St. Jude's Volunteer Group of the Year Award.
