The Solutions@MBAF team could implement a cost effective Small Business Server solution, like Essentials Edition, for Perlman Law International that does not require client access licenses be purchased. In addition, using the email cloud service from Microsoft to handle the firm's emails eliminated the need to expend on a third party application to filter SPAM and protect from viruses coming through emails. The solution was cost-effective because Microsoft's cloud services include all these as part of its Exchange Online package with full Blackberry synchronization at no extra cost.
