The plethora of new features are complemented by the fresh and simple to use User Interface (UI); AssetStudio's powerful Business intelligence reporting engine Acquaintia® has been strengthened with a new executive dashboard; users can ask any question and the data is dynamically transformed into charts, graphs and KPI's which can be saved to a personalised, fully customisable dashboard for quick access to powerful, relevant information.

For organisations who want to drive efficiencies in their Software Asset Management (SAM) programme AssetStudio's Software License Optimisation& Entitlement (SLOE) functionality has been enriched; AssetStudio®V5 offers out-of-the-box connectivity to SCCM, Altiris, LANDesk & Front Range and many more. The latest release also includes SSL Communication - encryption both internally and externally to the solution, Cloud Enabled Management - for assets connected to the internet but outside of the corporate network as well as being one of the few solutions that can enforce Device Level access control to software in Citrix and Terminal Services environments.

The advanced IT Asset Management (ITAM) capability has been enriched for the Linux, Mac and Unix platforms as well as enhanced for all of the major virtualisation platforms including HP, Oracle, VMware, Windows, Citrix, IBM and Linux. Auto-deployment functionality has been a consistent strength AssetStudio® and this has now been added for non-Windows platforms, out of the box, with no need for third party tools. Additionally, the enhanced Oracle discovery provides evidence of all current and historical instances to ensure the inventory is complete and that nothing has been missed, a key requirement in an Oracle audit.

AssetStudio® is now available as a SaaS offering; either traditional or enriched that can provide all of the capabilities of an on-premise solution and for any AssetStudio® module.
